When do I pay?
After you review the watermarked previews and select the exact photos or reel you want. Your verified free staging allowance is applied first. No card is needed for eligible free photos.
What is included in one photo?
One initial preview, one chosen final image, one targeted alternative, a clean high-resolution JPG, and a separate branded marketing JPG. Original export dimensions are shown in your gallery; resolution depends on the source and production output, not a blanket 4K promise.
Will the architecture change?
We check the result against the original and hold work that needs attention. Walls, windows, doors, fireplaces, flooring, fixtures, and views should remain faithful to the property. Contact us if you see a material difference.
Can I use the photos on the MLS?
Clean files have no promotional overlays. Your MLS or brokerage may require a virtual-staging label, the original image alongside it, or other disclosures. Read the MLS guide.
How long does it take?
AI draft generation may take minutes. Human review timing varies with project size and queue volume, so we do not promise instant delivery. Your private project shows Production, Human review, Selection, and Downloads, and we email you when action is needed. Add a real deadline to the project instructions.
What if I do not like a result?
You can decline an unpurchased preview without charge. One targeted alternative is included per staging photo. Production defects are corrected without using that stylistic alternative; if a purchased deliverable cannot be supplied as agreed, we refund the affected item.
