Scenado collects only the information needed to evaluate and fulfill virtual-staging and listing-reel requests during our founding-agent pilot.

Information we collect

When you submit a project, we may collect your name, email, phone number, brokerage, property information, instructions, uploaded photographs, and basic technical records needed to protect the service from abuse.

How we use it

We use submitted information to communicate with you, produce requested media, provide support, improve service quality, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or listing photos.

Property photographs

Submitted photos are treated as private project material. They may be processed by contracted image or video technology providers solely to produce the requested work. We will document the production retention period before the public launch and provide deletion upon verified request unless retention is legally required.

Sharing

We may share limited information with service providers that support hosting, file storage, payments, email, image generation, video rendering, fraud prevention, and analytics. These providers may use the information only to provide contracted services.
