Terms of service.

These terms govern requests submitted to Scenado during the founding-agent concierge pilot. Final commercial terms will be reviewed before public payment processing begins.

Your content and authority

You confirm that you own, license, or have permission to use every photograph and other asset you submit. You authorize Scenado and its contracted technology providers to process those assets solely to fulfill your request.

Virtual-staging disclosure

Generated images are digitally altered representations. You are responsible for following MLS, advertising, brokerage, and local disclosure rules, including labeling an image as virtually staged when required.

Property accuracy

Scenado aims to preserve permanent architectural features, but generated media must be reviewed before publication. Do not use an image that materially misrepresents the property. Notify us promptly if a wall, window, door, fireplace, floor, built-in, view, or other permanent feature appears altered.

Previews and payment

Watermarked previews are for evaluation only. Clean high-resolution files are delivered according to the selected offer after approval and, where applicable, payment. The first-image promotion is limited to one qualifying verified agent and may be withdrawn or restricted to prevent abuse.

Generated output

AI-assisted output may contain artifacts and may require regeneration. Scenado may refuse requests that are unlawful, deceptive, unsafe, or outside the stated product scope.

Limitation

The pilot is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. Scenado is not responsible for MLS penalties, publication decisions, lost transactions, or indirect damages resulting from use of generated media.
