Terms of service.

Effective September 6, 2026. These terms apply to new Scenado virtual-staging and listing-reel orders. Previously accepted orders retain the offer agreed when submitted.

Your photos and instructions

You must own or have permission to use every uploaded photo, logo, and other asset. You authorize Scenado and its contracted production providers to process those files to fulfill your order. Keep a copy of your originals. Photos are private project material and are not published as examples without separate permission.

What you receive

Each purchased staged photo includes one initial preview, one included targeted alternative, one selected final direction, one targeted stylistic revision for that source photo, a clean high-resolution JPG, and a separate branded marketing JPG. Export resolution depends on the source and the production output; we do not promise every file is native 4K. A reel is a separately approved 15–30 second, 1080 × 1920 MP4 made from up to ten photos, with optional Scenado-original ambient music or silence and agent branding. A reel's exact preview is the deliverable you approve.

Pricing and founding-agent offer

Prices are in USD: $4.99 per approved photo and $49.99 per approved reel. Each complete group of ten approved photos is $39.99; remaining approved photos are $4.99 each. Applicable taxes are shown before payment. There is no subscription.

The first three qualifying source photos are free once per verified real-estate agent. Eligibility is checked using the agent's issuing state and license. Multiple email addresses belonging to the same agent share one allowance. Additional final directions for the same source are separate purchases, not additional free source photos. No card is required for eligible free images. The promotion does not include reels.

Approval and payment

Watermarked previews are for evaluation, not publication. You choose which photos and reel to purchase after review; uploading is not a purchase. Clean finals are released only after confirmed payment or an approved promotional entitlement. Scenado does not collect or store your full card details. Checkout is hosted by our payment provider.

Revisions, defects, and refunds

One targeted stylistic revision per source photo is included. Requests for additional directions or a different scope may require a separately agreed charge. Scenado-caused production defects do not consume the included stylistic revision. You can decline an unpurchased preview without charge. If a purchased deliverable cannot be supplied as agreed, use the saved support form in your private project or contact orders@scenado.com; we will review the exact payment and correct the issue or refund the affected item. Receipt, refund, and request status remain visible in the private project. Statutory rights are not limited by this policy. Partial refunds are handled with the specific affected deliverables recorded by support.

Accuracy and MLS disclosure

Virtual staging is not a remodel. Permanent architecture and the property view should remain faithful to the source. We review results, but you must also check the final image before publication and report material differences. Clean exports contain no promotional branding; that does not mean they are automatically approved by every MLS. You remain responsible for required virtual-staging labels, original-photo pairing, and brokerage or local advertising rules.

Timing and download access

Orders receive a human quality review. We show progress in your project and email when previews or purchased files are ready; we do not guarantee instant delivery. Tell us about any deadline before approving a purchase.

New project files are available for 90 days after submission. A purchase or free-file delivery extends access to at least 90 days from that delivery. Download and retain your own copies. Media is deleted after the access period when the project is no longer processing or awaiting payment; support may retain files longer to resolve an active issue. Required transaction and service records are retained separately.

Use of final deliverables

Once released, you may use the purchased or qualifying free files for marketing the depicted property and related agent marketing, subject to your rights in the source materials and applicable disclosure requirements. The optional Scenado Bright Momentum instrumental soundtrack is supplied for use with the delivered reel. We do not promise exclusive rights in AI-assisted visual elements.
